Background in visual communication + digital product design, Phoenix is a multidisciplinary designer interested in innovative ideas, products, services, business model, and strategy. She has been able to contribute to those physical & digital innovations with her 2 expertise (1) working on human-centered interfaces across mobile web & desktop applications; (2) working on compelling brand, digital experiences + visual solutions to client problems.

Graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, she holds a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Computation, Technology, & Culture. Previously, she interned at Loft Design where she worked on human-machine interfaces; led the end-to-end design of digital products and delivered designs through work at startup businesses. She also holds a certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management. Reflecting this, her expertise seamlessly blends a strong visual foundation with solid design thinking principles.

At heart, she is fueled by innovations, black coffee, avocado, her two cats who provide inspiration by occasionally walking on the keyboard to add their creative input, and the world. Besides her day job, she hopes to master making simple bouqets and attend floral design programs & workshops some time in the future!
